With premium Prime steak options on our Dinner Menu as well as best-in-class seafood and innovative vegetarian options, we have something to offer everyone you are dining with. We also welcome you to join us in our bar from 4PM to 6PM every night for Social Hour, featuring shareable bar bites and $9 hand-crafted cocktails.

Looking to host a private event or business meeting in our restaurant or at a different location? Our Events & Catering Menu offers a wide selection of hors d'oeuvres, starters, multi-course lunches and dinners as well as wine and beverage selections. For private dining events hosted in restaurant, our Events & Catering Associate will help you select one of our private dining rooms to accommodate your Guest list and coordinate all the details to ensure it’s a perfect occasion.

Our location at the Summit makes Flemings of Birmingham an outstanding choice for private dining and business entertainment. Available for lunch or private dinner, we can easily accommodate a wide range of events, from corporate meetings and business presentations to private parties such as cocktail parties, birthday parties and reunions. Our Private Dining Rooms are equipped with a Cisco® conferencing system for video connection with all our other Fleming's locations and up to five satellite sites.
